Heat number tracking
Every plate and coil enters stock with the heat number of its cast; cut parts keep that number.
TRACEABILITY & QUALITY
The heat number of every lot we sell is recorded and matched to its EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate and certificate of origin. For domestic and export projects, the mill where your material was cast and the standard it meets are on record.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Every plate and coil enters stock with the heat number of its cast; cut parts keep that number.
The mill's inspection document with the lot's mechanical and chemical values; supplied with every shipment.
The country and mill where the steel was first melted and poured; required under the EU melt-and-pour rule for exports.
Ultrasonic testing for internal laminations in plate, on request; the result is added to the certificate.
HOW IT WORKS
01
Lot and heat number recorded; certificate filed.
02
Every plate is tracked by number in the digital stock system.
03
Heat-number label on the part; linked to the same record.
04
EN 10204 3.1 and certificate of origin with the delivery note.
WHY IT MATTERS
EU origin rules and CBAM declarations require the country where the steel was first melted and a traceable record. This information is delivered with the certificate for every lot, so completing your export file takes no extra work.
For defence, shipbuilding, energy and export-oriented manufacturing.
