Erman Sac ve Demir was founded in Gebze in 1972. For more than half a century we have been doing the same work: supplying plate and profiles in the correct grade, cutting them to the requested size and delivering on time.
Today we operate a 5,000 m² facility with 6 CNC machines, cutting with oxygen and plasma up to 4,100×12,000 mm. Combining stock depth with cutting capacity lets our customers source everything from one address.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. From incoming material to the shipped part we keep the chain unbroken with heat number tracking, EN 10204 3.1 inspection, certificate of origin and UT lamination testing.
We work long term with customers in machinery, defence, shipbuilding, construction, energy, automotive and rail systems. We sustain this with transparent quotations, traceable quality and commitment to the promised lead time.
